Event Badge Pouch

Stitch a great bag to take to events, etc. in the hoop using your embroidery

machine in just one hooping.

Many types of events including the International Quilt Market and Festival require you to display a name badge while attending.

The standard size of the badges are 4" wide x 3" high.

This pouch has a vinyl pocket the name badge fits perfectly into.

Behind the vinyl pocket is a fabric pocket that's great for carrying your business cards

or collecting them at events.

The fully lined zippered pocket can hold more valuable items like cash, credit cards, your hotel room key, etc.

The pocket on the back holds a cell phone. We can't guarantee all phones will fit. The photo shows and iPhone 7 in a slim case with lots of room to spare. The inside pocket dimensions are approximately 6"h x 4.25"w. Take the depth of your phone into consideration when trying to determine if you phone will fit.

The quilted front has room for an added design, logo, etc. The instructions include when you would need to stitch an added design.

The pouch is designed to be worn around the neck allowing you hands free shopping.

We used rivets to attach our strap to the hardware but you could also machine stitch the strap to your hardware (.50")

Before starting the design you will need to add the binding to the top edge of the vinyl pocket to finish it off using a sewing machine. Complete detailed instructions (PDF) are included.
