I am showing that the package did have the Adjustable Fixture in the kit. It would have been located on top of the 5.5” Mighty Hoop Kit, next to the 6.25x8.25 and 8x13 Mighty Hoops. This is based on the size of the box used and the weight. Here is a picture of the part in questions.
