Recently I purchased a combo sewing machine tote pkg. through All Brands. There was a problem with one of the items. Jennie Watkins, from your customer service dept., worked with me to resolve the issue. From the first email and later phone calls, she was professional, courteous and thorough. Ms Watkins actually contacted the company twice to get a satisfactory resolution. ( I am receiving a replacement tote at a reduced price. ) In one email I noted an upcoming event I was hoping to use the totes. Today, Ms Watkins emailed me stating that the new tote would be arriving in time. I was delighted to get that information. Ms Watkins support and expertise made this a very positive experience.
