That's why we have listed all 3 XP Upgrades under Recommended Accessories below. All the XP1, 2 and 3 machines are already WiFi enabled.

Please note that xp1 customers should get the xp2 snowball upgrade to use snowball with tapering on the xp3 upgrade. They can still taper but snowball tapering will be greyed out.

Please click here to visit the Brother Solutions Center to view/download the 4.01 free firmware update to your machine main pc board. Once at the site, select your Operating System. The Brother XP3 Upgrade automatically updates the machine firmware to 4.01 to recognize the new 10x10" hoop.
