My issue with the shipment with the Weightless Quilter rests on the company it shipped from. I never received a notice the product was on its way. I ended up getting a notice that it was waiting at the post office and they were at fault as well because they delayed notification of arrival. Thank you Nate at AllBrands for helping solve my issue with the Dime Weightless Quilter. Upon assembly of The Weightless Quilter I noticed the frame has threaded holes that match the holes in the corner brackets. However, It did not include screws to hold these pieces together. So, assuming that the screws were missing I contacted Allbrands. Nate checked into this with Dime and found out that the screws are no longer included with the WQ. Apparently as long as you can leave the frame stationary the screws are not needed. Unfortunately I do need to move it around and the frame will not stay together without the screws. Thankfully, with the help of Nate, Dime said they would send me a set of screws. Thank you to all for making the WQ work for me.

Wish the Weightless Quilter had better instructions. The small pamphlet that was stuck at the bottom of the box (and was torn from shipping) should have had better written instructions, but that is DIMES responsibility, not Allbrands.
