• A handy device for rolling up your fabric in preparation for pleating. A split rod with magnets running the entire length makes fabric roll-up a breeze!

  • Put fabric end between the two magnetic rods to secure fabric end before rolling up to feed your pleater machine.

  • This plastic dowl splits in half to allow you to easily secure your fabric to the feed rod. Magnets inside hold your fabric between the two halves of the feed rod. It quickly and easily snaps apart to let you remove your fabric when you are done pleating. This inexpensive accessory is a time saver and frustration eliminator!

Note: we have for the last 10-12 years been using a “hot stick” glue to secure the magnets to the plastic rods, and although we have had very few complaints during all those years, we did have some magnets coming loose during last year (they can be easily glued back into place using a standard household super glue). We had a good look at various gluing methods available, and changed last year to using the best “Loctite” super glue on the market, which has proved to be very successful.
