The Koozie Clamp is a heavy duty screw activated clamp specially designed to hold neoprene koozie drink covers for embroidery. This clamp will hold the stretchy material securely while it is stretched over the sewing arm during sewing. The Koozie has a big 2-3/4” x 3” sewing window for a large design.

The HOOP TECH SOLO CUP Koozie Clamp is designed to allow embroidery on the popular Koozie. Its exceptional grip strength will hold the Koozie in place during embroidering. The clamp body is rail mounted, (it attaches directly the drive rail of the panagraph - same as a cap driver) to ensure maximum rigidity on the machine.
The window size is 2 3/4" wide X 3" deep. The window size is designed small enough to fit down into most Koozies and still have an adequate sewing field for logos, monograms, names, etc.
The upper and lower clamping frames have an aggressive non-slip surface to hold leather and nylon secure during sewing.

NOTE: When using hoops on your Brother machine that are non-Brother hoops you may have to do a trial layout. Make sure the needle or foot will not hit the frame when it is sewing.

Specifications
Sewing on a Koozie is difficult undertaking due to the small size of the Koozie and the large size of the machine sewing arm. Machines with smaller sewing arms and/or stronger drive motors will be able to take advantage of more of the available sew field.

The KOOZIE CLAMP is mounted directly to the machine drive bar (same as your cap driver), for a positive attachment. Machine specific adapters bolt to the clamp body and are used to attach and adjust the clamp to fit your embroidery machine. Hoop Tech makes adapter brackets for all major embroidery machine brands.
