Wang, can you please service this Gemsy Lejiang YJ-90B under warranty since it no longer has power? It was only used 3 times in the first 90 days. John Douthat
 Please ask the customer check the power cord (part No.A68) and 2 carbon brushes (part No.A55) to see if they are Ok. If the power cord is Ok, try to replace the carbon brushes from accessories plastic bag of the cutter inside packing carton. If the motor still not run, check if something like threads or fabric waste sucked into the motor body from air input hole at top of the cutter. A few weeks ago we have repaired a stop running CS-100 cutter in Miami FL, the problem caused is a lot of plastic threads into the motor body as pictures attached. Once the threads be moved, the cutter work again ...
If above are not the causes stop motor running, the customer can send the cutter to us for an inspection and repair or replacement, but the customer should pay the return shipping charges. Wang [email protected]
