The machine itself arrived in perfect condition, partially thanks to the double boxing during delivery I'm sure.
While reading reviews of this model on other sites I found that the number one complaint was the paucity of the instructions and a bit of frustration from some not being able to set it up easily. I purchased it from AllBrands specifically, as one of the reviewers here said that the customer support team was fabulous in helping them with setup, so I figured if I ran into any problems myself I would have help just a phone call away.
Well as it turned out, I had no problems at all setting the machine up and it works like a charm and fast! I'm very happy to have an affordable and straight forward way of winding bobbins since my single needle's winder decided to call it quits :)
