The bernette 62 AIRLOCK is the coverstitch machine of the b60 series. The automatic air threader makes threading the looper thread child's play. The machine has 4 coverstitches and 3 chainstitches and can be used for countless applications, with which different fabric types – stretchy fabrics in particular – can be sewn perfectly. The presser foot can be lowered and temporarily raised with the knee lifter, leaving both hands free to guide the fabric. The slide-on table and matching coverstitch insert increase the sewing area and provide sufficient space for large projects. Thanks to the 5 LEDs, the large working area is brightly illuminated.

Knee Lifter

Due to the top bottom double-fold binder, fabric edges and necklines can be perfectly bordered with bias tape. The unfolded tape is inserted through the attached guide rail, folded over twice on the upper and lower sides of the bias tape and sewn on with a cover or chain stitch. For the perfect look, the bias tape can also be self-made. Tapes of 38 mm width result in a finished width of approx. 10 mm. Tapes of 60 mm width result in a finished width of approx. 15 mm. The Snap-Hoop for heavy duty projects that need a monster grip. 4 X stronger than the original Snap-Hoop. Comes with a flat magnetic top and metal bottom frame. The bottom frame includes a machine attachment that is recognized by the embroidery machine. Simply lay the stabilizer and fabric over the bottom frame and snap the top frame in place. Includes one metal base frame with machine attachment, one magnetic top frame, one magnet safety shield, four 14in adhesive centering rulers, and target stickers. These are machine specific.
