Bernina Artista .art format Embroidery Cards

Regarding compatibility with machines, PES and ART formats have changed. Currently we are on version 11 of PES and version 8 of ART. It’s really difficult to troubleshoot without knowing the exact model of machine and the card customers are trying to use. This is really old technology that has been End of Life for a long time. I know it’s a challenge – but the best course of action is getting the customer to upgrade their machine and move to a current technology. OESD for Bernina Deco and Bernina Artista embroidery cards.
